Horizontal thermal shock SCAL CTHZ and vertical thermal shock SCAL CTZ have 2 baskets and 3 thermal environments (test cabinets).

The SCAL CTZ range of vertical thermal shock chambers, comprising 2 pods and 3 test cabinets, has a cold intermediate cabinet, while the other 2 cabinets are hot.

Temperature ranges from -90°C to +180°C (+220°C optional) for test volumes of less than 350 liters.

This type of thermal shock doubles test volume capacity.

The SCAL CTHZ range of horizontal thermal shock chambers has

  • 3 test cabinets (2 hot and 1 cold), 2 baskets
  • 250 to 1500-liter pod volume lets you double your test volume
  • Temperatures from -90°C to +180°C (+220°C optional)

Standard mode for easy program creation

Time-optimized or “guaranteed step time” mode (Wait for mode) to guarantee a programmed step time regardless of the number of samples on board.

Spirale’s Energy Saving mode means that only the test cabinet containing the samples is in operation. You save at least 40% on your electricity consumption during your test cycles.
