The CLIMATS environmental test chamber for vibration and temperature testing on lifting tables (ViBt) is widely acclaimed by users:

• because of their ability to adapt to various shakers
• the versatility of their test modes (hot-cold-wet, hot, cold, hot-cold)
• because of their uniformity with the rest of the CLIMATS environmental test chamber range.

These environmental test chambers, built to customer specifications, are dedicated to combined vibration, temperature and humidity testing.
Test volumes are then optimized according to the geometry, nature, mass and dissipation of the product to be tested, while using a vibratory element.

These machines are adapted standards. They benefit from CLIMATS expertise, including ventilation, refrigeration machinery, electrical cabinet and SPIRALE control system, the foundations of our designs.

The flexibility of our sheet metal workshop’s manufacturing process enables us to build environmental test chambers positioned on a lifting table. The vibration can be fixed and the environmental test chamber positioned on top. Combined with a lateral transfer system, the environmental test chamber can be used on vibrating table and pot combinations.

To meet these requirements, our manufacturing process incorporates the drawer principle, with a bellows seal between the vibration and the environmental test chamber, adapting to different configurations (vibration or table).

These environmental test chambers can be used in the conventional way, thanks to a full drawer.
