EXCAL³

Designed to meet the most stringent precision requirements, EXCAL³ is the benchmark for climatic testing. From -90°C to +180°C, with variations of up to 25°C/min, it incorporates the natural R-744 fluid for long-lasting performance. Combining robustness, modularity and connectivity, EXCAL³ guarantees total reliability, from the laboratory to the production line.

    • Easy access: bulkhead passage on both sides and 180° door opening, can be operated with one hand.
    • Controlled mobility: easy to move thanks to integrated castors, precise repositioning via stabilizing jacks.
    • Continuous observation: view your products in the illuminated test cabinet via a heated window, or via a camera connected to Spirale (optional).
    • Customized instrumentation: various connectors available on the User interface panel (analog measurements, logic outputs, etc.).
    • Optimized control: improve control accuracy with the mobile PT100 sensor, which can be positioned as close as possible to the product.
    • Tracking and tracing: Spirale Vision’s on-board system enables each test to be controlled, recorded and archived, even remotely.
    • Enhanced safety: adjustable safety thermostat + thermal fuse, with the option of setting temperature ranges directly via Spirale.

    • a tracking alarm in Shock or VRT mode to ensure reproducibility of your tests.
    • programmable pre-treatment/post-treatment on Spirale Vision to temperature condition or even dry your samples at the beginning and/or end of the cycle.
    • an automatic defrost function: Spirale Vision optimizes the cycle so that defrosting can be carried out correctly without disturbing the temperature of the samples under test.

    Standard mode for easy program creation

    Time-optimized or “guaranteed step time” mode (Wait for mode) to guarantee a programmed step time regardless of the number of samples on board.

    Spirale’s Energy Saving mode means that only the test cabinet containing the samples is in operation. You save at least 40% on your electricity consumption during your test cycles.
