Features

The environmental test chambers for vibration and temperature testing with Advancing (ViBav) or on Feet (ViBp) are widely acclaimed by users:

  • because of their ability to adapt to various shakers
  • because of their test modes multivalence (hot-cold-humid, hot, cold, hot-cold, hot-cold-humid)
  • because of their uniformity with the rest of the CLIMATS environmental test chamber range.

These environmental test chambers, built to customer specifications, are dedicated to combined vibration, temperature and humidity testing.

Test volumes are then optimized according to the geometry, nature, mass and dissipation of the product to be tested, while using a vibratory element.

These chambers are adapted standards. They benefit from CLIMATS expertise, including ventilation, refrigeration machinery, electrical cabinet and SPIRALE system, the foundations of our designs.

The flexibility of the manufacturing process enables to build environmental test chambers :

  • equipped with a front-mounted test volume. A table or vibrating pot can be slid under the environmental test chamber.
  • on feet. The environmental test chambers are simply positioned above the vibrating pot.

To meet these requirements, our manufacturing process incorporates the drawer principle with a bellows seal between the pot and the environmental test chamber, adapting to a wide range of configurations.

These environmental test chambers can be used in the conventional way.
