Our solution enables you to expose your products to temperature tests using a gondola that moves between different environments.
It also offers the possibility of carrying out Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) tests, a real asset for bringing versatility to your laboratory.

    The SCAL CTR series of thermal shock chambers is ideal for the majority of laboratory tests.

    It offers you the dual functionality of carrying out thermal shock tests or Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) tests in the test cabinet.

    By alternately moving a product from a cold to a hot test cabinet, thermal shock chambers enable you to vary the temperature of the product very quickly, so as to reveal any defects or determine its shelf life.

    Technical performance

    • Temperature range from -90°C to +180°C (+220°C optional)
    • Test volumes of 65 liters, 120 liters and 220 liters
    •  Transfer time between test cabinets: 10 sec ≤ X ≤ 30 sec (depending on pod size)

    • a tracking alarm in CHoc or VRT mode to ensure reproducibility of your tests.
    • programmable pre-treatment/post-treatment on Spirale Vision to temperature condition or even dry your samples at the beginning and/or end of the cycle.
    • an automatic defrost function: Spirale Vision optimizes the cycle so that defrosting can be carried out correctly without disturbing the temperature of the samples under test.

    Standard mode for easy program creation.

    Time-optimized or “guaranteed step time” mode (Wait for mode) to guarantee a programmed step time regardless of the number of samples on board.

    Energy Saving mode where only the test cabinet containing the samples is in operation, reducing energy consumption by between 40% and 70%.
