GT-FC Type

The Excal GT-FC air generator has been designed for the thermal conditioning of electronic components.

It can force air, at required flow rate and temperature, onto a very specific area.
The air temperature can vary quickly along a large range, with a short stabilization time.

Performance

  • Temperature range: -70°C to +200°C
  • Air flow: up to 32Nm3*/h (*Nm3: standard cubic meter)
  • Temperature stability: ±0.1°C
  • Average temperature variation: >120°C/min

Features

Dimensions (mm) :

  • Machinery cabinet: W 1200 – D 1050 – H 1080
  • Flexible: length (±100) 2200 – outside Ø (±2) 84

Operating principles

After passing through a regenerative air dryer, the air is cooled to the minimum temperature and then reheated to the set temperature by the resistor in the outlet head.

An auxiliary dry air outlet enables the work area to be swept by a conditioning bubble (not supplied), to prevent the formation of frost.

Temperature control is performed at the output or in relation to the remote sensor on the product.

Construction

The Excal GT-FC air generator features refrigeration machinery housed in a soundproofed monoblock cabinet on castors.

The air is sent through a hose ending in an outlet head, to which a nozzle can be fitted.
