Environmental test chamber for photovoltaic (PV) panel testing

Important special features were taken into account during the design and manufacture of these chambers, depending on the standards to be achieved:

• the development of an ingenious cart system that adapts to most photovoltaic modules to facilitate handling during loading and storage
• moisture generation and ventilation specially adapted to standard requirements
• installation and control, via our Spirale Vision software, of power supplies to “power up” panels during tests, either for continuity tests or power tests

  • Laboratory: focused on advanced testing
• a tracking alarm in Shock or ESS mode to ensure reproducibility of your tests.
• programmable pre-treatment/post-treatment on Spirale Vision to temperature condition or even dry your samples at the beginning and/or end of the cycle.
• an automatic defrost function: Spirale Vision optimizes the cycle so that defrosting can be carried out correctly without disturbing the temperature of the samples under test.

Standard mode for easy program creation

Time-optimized or “guaranteed step time” mode (Wait for mode) to guarantee a programmed step time regardless of the number of samples on board.

Spirale’s Energy Saving mode means that only the test cabinet containing the samples is in operation. You save at least 40% on your electricity consumption during your test cycles.
